ENGAGE PROGRAM

ENGage is a newer program at Applied Medical that is open to current college students who are not applying for our summer Internship Program. This week-long educational program will provide students with first-hand experience in engineering design. Participants will expand their engineering abilities and professional skill set through a variety of activities:

  • Learn how to design a 3D-printed object in SolidWorks and present it for review.

  • Participate in interactive interviews with Applied Medical engineers across different teams to discuss how the company designs, develops and manufactures medical devices.

  • Discover Applied Medical's technologies for a variety of surgical specialties and how they improve patient outcomes.

  • Attend leadership workshops with our Career Development team to enhance resume writing and interviewing skills.

  • Tour our state-of-the-art facilities, including manufacturing plants, machine shops and automated assembly areas.

Dates: June 24–28, 2024

Times: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., each day

Location: Rancho Santa Margarita, California
