We provide career development opportunities and training for underrepresented groups and individuals with disabilities through our partnership with multiple organizations, including Goodwill of Orange County, Project Independence, the U.S. Department of Education and the Amfors Group.

Supporting US Veterans and Military Families
We support our veterans by providing ongoing career development and training opportunities, a flexible schedule and job protected time off for military members with service commitments. In addition, we are proud to honor our veterans with special recognition events and are committed to assisting military members and families through organizations such as the Warrior Foundation.
Investing in Tomorrow’s Leaders
As part of our commitment to education, we provide career development opportunities for students to gain valuable, hands-on experience and develop technical and interpersonal skills. We have welcomed thousands of interns and high school students to our campus to learn about our vertically integrated business model and benefit from our expansive learning environment. In addition, our Apprenticeship and Operations Leadership programs provide opportunities for growth and are designed to develop future leaders for Applied’s operations.

Serving Our Global Communities
We are dedicated to giving back to the people and communities where we live and work. As such, we support numerous global organizations focused on improving the lives of underserved communities, including ABC Amersfoort Foundation, Because We Carry, Girl Scouts of Orange County, Olive Crest, Project Hope Alliance, Projecthuis Madiba, Rise Against Hunger and UNICEF. Additionally, we have provided career development opportunities to over 70 refugees from Afghanistan and Ukraine.
